Dates
We are running two runs of The Future is Straight in 2026
Run 1: July 7th-11th 2026
Arrival Tuesday 7th July in the evening from 18:00. Workshops start in the morning of the 8th after breakfast. Departure Saturday morning the 11th before 11:00.
Run 2: July 11th-15th 2026
Arrival Saturday 11th in the evening from 18:00. Workshops start in the morning of the 12th after breakfast. Departure Wednesday morning the 15th before 11:00.
Price
The precise ticket prices will be announced before sign up i open. We are planning to have both sponsor, regular and subsidized ticket prices. But the ticket price will be in the range of:
Regular ticket: 400 EUR
Sponsor ticket: 500 EUR
Subsidized ticket: 300 EUR
The age limit is 18 years old with possibility for dispensation.
The number of subsidized tickets will depend on how many buy sponsor tickets. We are also applying for different funds and hoping to be able to offer more subsidized tickets.

The Future is Straight is happening at Sct. Knudsborg in Denmark.

How to get to the location with public transportation:
The best way to get to the location, if you are not driving a car, is to take the train to Ejby station, which is about half an hour train ride west of Odense. From Ejby it is possible to book transportation directly to the venue via the flexitur system of the Funbus bus company. It needs to be booked at least an hour in advance: https://fynbus.dk/flextrafik/flextur

Facilities
All food will be vegetarian and we will provide both main meals and snacks.
The food will be part of the player experience, but it will be delicious and nutritious.
Most of the players will sleep in 2 bed rooms with access to their own bathroom.

Packing list
Players need to bring (will be updated):
- Their own duvet and pillow and covers and sheet.
- Costume for two days (Including bathing costume)
- Notebook and something to write in
- Personal hygiene items
